Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

I would suggest working on a little more detail before working on texturing. But it's looking pretty good so far

Tnx for the positive reply's! :p

@GecT: I might have to redo the wheels. I used wrong settings when I created them user added image

@Rhetoric Camel: I'm not going to texture right now, I was just wondering what would be the best technique for doing this. First some more detail user added image user added image :attn:

You need to fix the cannon, it is square and should be round, if this is a low poly model, you should fix the large amount of un-needed polys in the wheels, the good thing, it looks like a Tiger Tank. Don't give up.

nice start... i did a king tiger tank a while back... was fun. it might just be the angle but it looks a little wide to me... also looks like a problem with your normals or edges, harden all the edges and it should get rid of those black bits. nice start though
