That small menu above the viewport: GONE!

So, yeah. You know the drop-down menus within the viewport?

(Camera, Renderer, and such right above it)

Well, mine went away. It was there, I restarted, and now it is gone.

I looked everywhere I thought to, so your help would be appreciated.

thanks!

OK, well, nevermind,
I found it!

It was in my preferences under Interface>Show Menubar>In Panels.

no disrespect though, you should be careful whr ur fingers are while working. we should be well aware that maya has lots of hot keys, both normally and with caps lock on. so when Maya starts to act weird, just check if u have pressed some hot keys or is the caps lock on.
back to you, shift+m will do the trick for you. it will hide/unhide the panel menu, within the viewport.
