New Project My favrite comic book Character

Hi, I have a few shots of my new project and want to get some feedback. All I have done so far is the boots and legs, but I'm really trying to focus on the details and shape of the original sketch.

Raul I miss the book too=), Its cool that you live in his home town. I loved battle chasers and I really like Calibretto as a character he has such a great design. Mads a great artist just wish he would have put more time into the book so it would still be out.=)

Oculus, nope thats not my drawing, but I draw very close to that comic style. Ill post some up soon.

Just a small update

Just a small update on my comic character, legs and boots are done. Armor plates pretty much done just trying to figure out how to or what to add to them to make them look like they are attached to something other than just his cloth pants. I can't find a picture illustrating that section. (I'll figure it out im sure) Started roughing out the portions on the upper body. Comments, suggestions always welcome.

Very nice!, just one little thing, maybe the pants need a little more work to make them realistic (an make them follow the reference)

Just an update on my comic guy. Started to add detail to the arms. I'm trying to go by the the 2 pic's that I have of him but they are drawn a bit different from one another. So im using my creative liscence on some the joints=). His arms for some reason look very long while up but when I rotate them down they are right where they should be. I also played with the bottom of the pants abit more to make it look like the drawing.
