rigging problem

I have created a character rig but am having trouble assigning the wrist to the forearm. Basically I would like the forarm to rotate on its own pivot not the wrists when the wrist rotates so I will get forearm deforamtion. I keep trying but am having no luck. Is there anyone who would be willing to let me email them my rig so they could take a look at it and see if they can solve it or let me know what I need to do.

Cheers leon

all yo'd have to do is assign the x rotate of the forearm jnt to the x rotate of the control object instead of the wrist jnt.
or even just lock ount the x rotate of the the wrist jnt if u dont need it

What ever I do I cannot get the forearm to rotate without it pulling the wrist down. I must of rigged it wrong but unfortunately don't know the right way to rig it. If anyone knows of any tutorials that can teach me how to set up a basic rig it would be much appreciated.

Have you verified that your x-axis (or whatever) is pointing Down the joint heirarchy? These can get skewed easily and may need reset several time throughout the rigging process.
