basicly chrome / shiney materials need an environment to reflect so build one or use a sphere with a pic to act as reflect alothou it wont look that good but u get the idea
the other way is with hdri which lights the scene with the image and can be photorealistic but drags on the render time
here have a gander over that as it goes over how to use hdri an is a nice intro for it
