good start mate, add a crease around the base of the eyes to get a nice edge

Hehe, great idea.. nice start too! Critters rule, as i stated in another thread. Anyways, i think you could have a very nice model here if you keep up to it, take your time and ask many questions. A bug/atst could be quite nice user added image. Keep it up.

Thanks for the responses.

Kevin i tried to get the crease using the sculpt tools but it kept moving the actual eye not the area under it. Do i need to add more isoparms?

Actually I think there is a tool under the surfaces menu that lets you crease the edge or convert to polys or SubDs and use there tools! They are a little easier to use for what you're going for, or at least I think they are!
