Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character
looking really nice matey, I think someone mentioned but there isn't really an armpit, maybe just create a little indentation - I know when there is lots of muscle involved the armpit does look reduced.
ok...well im done with the torso...there are still a few problems that i can see...but in the interest of time i need to move on...heres what i have..when im done with the rest of it i might come back over and fix it up a little more..maybe add some of the rib cage muscles...anyway, here are some actual renders : )
i agree...they will be fixed, right now i just duplicated and scaled the original. thats why it looks so indented, rest assured that when the model is done, that will be fixed : )
ok, merged the body, now im gonna work on some little details for the rest of the night....the legs def still need some work, its getting there though....that whole midsection will be covered so im not to worried about it : )
