Make That Tape Stick

The Autodesk forum couldn't touch this one, so I hope someone here can help. I'm trying to animate a roll of tape: The tape rolls in, sticky side down, then the tape rolls back while the leading edge stays "stuck" onto the plane.

I have created a short video that shows where I am right now. I"m was using the nonlinear bend in Maya 2016.

I cannot see your video but the simplest way would be to use ncloth.......dave

yeah i get permission denied also.

Yep Ncloth would be the way to go and pin the cloth maybe to a locator or something (if memory serves me rightly lol )
