I realised that the forehead was a little bit to low/round so i raised it.

Never mind, i got the ear made and i think it looks good. I just need to do a bit more tweaking and it is done.

the ear, man, I reckon do as jay has advised, research via photos ect, I don't think the ear does justice to your skills. Looks like Dr Spock :blush: kiddding, but get back in there, if your still working on it take evrything I said and throw it in the bin, you can throw it in the bin anyway, but as a fellow ozzy, I'm saying as I see it.., but we all see things differant.., user added image

Well i am still working on the ear but your advice is still valid user added image

I am (Or have been) using a side reference for the ear but i cant find a front image aside from looking at myself in a mirror. i'll keep working on it tonight because i finally have a lot of time to work on it.

hi mate, once upon a time i used to draw a lot. don't bother with the mirror, believe me your wasting your time, go to bed, get a good nights rest and look for some anatomy books tomorrow, or when you have the money, you will save a lot of time and work, you'll get to yjr piont quicker. Measure the lines of the ear from all sides against all outlines, this is impossible in the mirror my friend.

even the latest 'women's day' would be better than that user added image

the ear is a very difficult thing to do, it gets easier later, look at a mag from roughly the same angle as your ear (the 3D ear) and compare the measurements from the outline, the 'hole' ect, all against each other, leave no stone unturned, you will find the mistakes very quickly like that, but my friend your a million miles in front of my 3D work, looks good

Ahh, drawing. I havn't done that much scince i started up 3D a while ago. i could use a bit of practice. user added image

Your right about the mirror. I was just using it for a little bit of help.

I was looking around my house and i actually found a drawing book that goes into a lot of detail about the face. There are about two chapters on the Muscle systems.

The problem is that the ear is low poly so i still need to add a bit more geometry.
