Simply Maya Resources Online

We've got the resources section of the site live again, you will be able to upload soon.

A lot of members missed this section on the old site which is why the latest uploads in this section got front page space on this site, you can also access Simply Maya Resources Main Index through the menu set at the top of every page. Here you can find Maya models, complete scenes, shaders, textures, character rigs, MEL scripts and so on...Please keep in mind that the copyright for all this material remains with the original author, so it's intended to help you learn Maya and for use in your own personal projects, the things you find here can not be used in commercial projects without permission from the author.

We're very grateful for new uploads to this section; anything you have kicking around that you think might be of use to someone else is very welcome. So please help us make this a great feature of the site if you have anything you would like to contribute, just remember to upload only your own original work. It's the first thing a lot of people see when they come to Simply Maya so your contributions here will help make this a better site.

For those of you who are fairly new to Maya, take advantage of this section and have a look through it. There's a lot of high quality resources like complete rigs, character models and scripts that can help you a lot in addition to books and video tutorials. We've already served almost 2 million downloads.

Cheers and a big thanks to everyone who's uploaded in the past and will do so in the future,
Nilla

There will be a lot of changes made to the resources section. It's a very underutilized part of the site.

What you see now is just the basics, so you guys can download again while i sort it out.
