Impreza

First of all, I'm a little ashamed... I only seem to post here when I have finished something. A bad habit, I know. I'm going to work on it.

Second of all, why is the gallery not online for a few months now?

And finally, I finished my impreza. It took me allmost a year (well, not fulltime ofcourse) and I had to start over for three times. It still isn't perfect, but it is the first car I ever made. I learned a lot from it. Too bad learning from your mistakes allways costs you so much time though...

why is the rear wheel turned? it looks broken
also, the sidewalls on the tire are too thin (small) the tire would look a lot better with a smaller rim (an inch or two) and a bit thicker tires

Looks pretty good man, the rear wheel does torow it off a bit.

Also I think it might be a little too reflective on the paintwork.

Good going, was it polys or NURBS?

The wheel is kind of a problem, because I accidentely deleted the windshield, so I have to copy, paste en reshape that before I can render again.
I just wanted the wheels to be turned because it seemed nice to me. And after I renderd the whole thing I realised one stirs with the front wheels and not with the rear. :headbang: I am starting to understand how it comes I still haven't passed my driving exam...

It is entirly made out of polygons, exept for some small parts in the lights.

Overall, it looks good. I dont know if your going for realism here, but it looks VERY cartoonish. If thats the look you were going for, then it looks good. The road looks like it just got thrown in at the last minute. Stick a bump map or something on it (the road), so itll bring out the whole image better. Other than that, goob job.
