Beer glass scene creation
This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

Exporting VRML...

When I export as a VRML and load it into the viewer, it appears that there are no lights in the scene, yet it is ticked in the box in the export options window, Any ideas?

sure... check your viewer's settings. some viewers support lights, some don't. you might need to bake your lights into your texture. yuck.

How many lights are in your scene?

I think that the VRML language maxes out at 7 lights (at least thats what I got tought when I was using it)

Kind of fixed it, it was the file format that it did not like, had to pi**ing change every texture to jpgs.

The prob i get now is that i get a blue cross hair that reaches the extremities when i view in the vrml viewer which has a knock on effect with the navigation. Any ideas?
