Nice job so far... a general comment, on the reference you posted the wrist strap holder tags kinder curve down and possibly arc over the wrist a little too

so ive screwed up and didnt save 4 hours of hard work... so am going to start new .. something less challenging semi-noob stuff user added image

just remember that you'll be able to make it faster and probably better the second time around, practice makes perfect after all user added image

ok ive decided to stick with it ... :attn:

1 problem ... this time ive done it half n duplicated it do tht i could combine the polygons and merge the vertices ... thts exactly what i did but there seems to be a line sticking out even after smooth and clearly showing its 2 objects merged ... help !

Trying softening your normals. If it still doesnt clean it up, then check to see that:

1. You dont have a dup face.

2. That the verts are connected.

Then soften your norms again and it should go away.

You could also run a cleanup on it with nonmanifold geometry selected.
