Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

attempted "ogor" head...

hey i'm VERY new to maya and 3d for that matter.... and in my first attempt at CPS tools... i jus sat down and freestyled this head. i need criticism on what i can do to fix it up .. i dont know how to get rid of the seam in the middle .. speak your mind people its greatly appreciated.. thank you ..

About the seam: Is the one half of the head a dublicate?

yea its a reference duplicate .. so when i worked on one half the other updated ..

Then to remove the seam (before smoothing), delete the dublicate, select the remaining half and choose Polygons>mirror geometry.

Then smooth the figure.
