Complex UV Layout in Maya
Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

Awesome work, and done so fast too! My favorite parts are how the leather cape falls around her legs, how the holster hangs due to the weight of her weapon, the color scheme of the clothes, and the belly button showing (nice sexy touch). Great work!

Absolutely amazing model, very detailed in every inch. Have you ever thought about designing a video tutorial?

Whoa Steady Guys

CB, 'Female Han Solo' (One of my all favourite characters ever, from the best movies ever made)

BillyZ, I wouldn't know where to start mate!! Great idea though, maybe when I have finished the other nine characters and the rest of the project, I'll look into it!!

Stedo, Lonepig, Contrast and RubberChicken, thank for your kind words, its really tempting to do a clothing tutorial too......

Thanks Guys once again, I just had a weird thought, wouldn't it be good to all meet up and just be total geeks for a day and just talk Maya modelling, animation etc.....
