Shoe thickness

Hi there

I'm actually modeling a shoe and I came up with a small problem. I created a simple shape but there is not thickness. Is there an easy way to it so that the thickness is even everywhere.

Thanks

for sure , if you select all your faces of the shoe, then go to edit poly extrude face, then select your scale tool, and drag it out this should do it. If that doesnt work try it again but mess around with the manipulator tool, usually pulling it to x direction.

There's nothing normal about normals. In FACT i think the are abnormal.
