'cause booleans suck?

lol

Booleans really aren't the most stable of operations. I think you'd get better, more organic results cutting by hand anyway.

thanks vizion user added image it may not make sense from a certain point of view...but that's part of his "being" now. the horns are not only there for show...they are the very result of his transformation. he's not human anymore...and the horns, although it may seem physiologicaly impossible...are the very evidence that change in his "being".

Yawa is actualy a word in a dialect here in our country. it means "deamon".

I hope you get something entered on time. Even if you cannot get to the animation portion, try to get a model done, as that's the main judging point!

As of this writing, we need 2 more normal entries to give out a grand prize!

I Can't MAke It

guys, this is really disapointing. i can't make make it. there's just too much i still don't know. questions are popping up faster than i can find answers for them. there's just too much...and i'm out of time. *sigh*

oh well, its really been nice trying. user added image i learned a lot...and really a lot. i realized i can actualy model. lol. i think i modeled my character quiet well. unfortunately i wasn't able to complete the process. well...its my first time...what do i expect. personally, i already exceeded my expectation. it would have been nice though if i could have done better.

thank you guys. it has really been a pleasure....your encouragements, comments, and crits helped me a lot. thanks especially to Mike, Stormgetto, and Spekkio. Hoping to do better next time.

goodluck! user added image

here's the last development. i was able to rig him but it was mess. i also texture him but it dare not present it here....(crapy).

horns are already attached to the body.

Well, if you read the rules, it states that texturing, rigging, animating, etc is NOT required to be considered a finished entry... however if you explicitly state that it's not finished, we have to consider it such... Feel free to edit your posts. user added image
