Plane folding

i am planning to do origami animation in MAYA. i had search for tutorial but not found. is there any suggestion for the simplest way how to do it or any tutorial that i can refer to? please help me

I'd bet on using a lattice cage...

Just make sure that you have enough lattices and scale some around the folding axises.

creating clusters would also work
