alfa channel shadow

hi guys, how can i get rid of the grey shadow that's suppose to be full transparent?

delete those faces? You may have to use Alpha Channels.

are you using raytrace shadows? ( I assume so. ) You may need to increase your alpha gain or something.

YES I'M USING ALFA CHANNELS AND RAYTRACING, AND INCREASED ALREADY THE ALPHA GAIN!
BUT THE SHADOW STILL THEREuser added image

hmm, what about instead of using alpha channels, using a regular transparancy map?

well that may be a good idea but i dont know how to use transparency maps user added image!
