Nissan 350Z

After dilberts superb Porsche I've decided to start a car from scratch trying to use the modeling methods that he used.

Im using a tutorial that I found for the modeling as it seems to be a really great way of creating the car in "chunks"

Just started to Model a Nissan 350Z Sports car.

ant c&c's greatly appreciated

Heres what I've got so far

Have you tried using nurbs before?

There's nothing normal about normals. In FACT i think the are abnormal.

Nah man, Never tried nurbs on a car, I can't get my head round them to form the surfaces that I want, thats why i'm going the poly route!

Nice start. Remember, try to resist the temptation to move on to the next chunk until you are 90% happy with the part you're working on. The last 10% is for final tweaks once you've modeled the whole car. That way you'll see your model come to life bit by bit, and hopefully motivate you to perfect each section.

So it seems. Well im sorry if I offended any rules just didn't realise that a link to a written tutorial would mean anything.

Yet again sorry if I did anything wrong.

Quick Update

Completed the doors and the rear wing, might have to tweek the rear wings a bit to get the desired look.

Also played about with a "clay render" my first attempt with it and using mentl ray!
