Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Reflections on reflections

I used an HDRI to light my scene and simple blinn’s w/reflection on the objects. Yet, if you look at the objects inside of the reflections, they don’t seem to be reflective ... they look flat/lambert shaded. Is there a way to fix this?

You may need to increase the reflections in the renderers raytrace settings and also check the limit on the shaders' reflection.

Thank you so much, I ended up changing the reflection limits in the shaders and it worked. Previously, I was changing just the render globals...
