This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

How do you attach materials? noobie.

How do you attach materials? lets say i have one material. and i want layer that material with another one?

you mean makin' layered taxtures right..?

right click in the hypershade got to create > layered texture..
the attribute editor of the new layered texture will pop up.. just middle mouse button drag the textures you want to layer into the attibute editor of the layered texture..
there's a margin in which you drag them in.. by default there's a green one inside.. you can't miss it.. :p
