Set whatever date suits you, 25th or 30th?

I'd say 25th. That is enough time and I don't want to get into a big battle just now. user added image

First Update

Decided not to do any concept stuff, though I did use some shapes to figure out some of my placements.

I am going for a super-traditional old-timey inn at Christmas time.

Yes, it is LW. user added image

You didn't exactly line out the rules. What is the final output? A static render or a 6-10 second animation, or what? (either way is fine with me)

Instead of a snowman i think i'm going to go for a bear who is trying to get in so he can warm himself by the open fire.

I would post my animation so far but after rendering it for 3 hours i can't upload it because the file size has been dropped from 2mb to 1mb. I'll have to see if i can free up some space on my bt account. I haven't got anymore done as i've been away for 2 days.
