How do you render it, do you use hardware so it gives a render like what you might see in the game??

pretty much what you see in your viewport with Use No Lights turned on is how it'd look in a game... without lights, of course.

Looking forward to your new book mtmckinley. Like everyone else it seems, I bought a copy of The Game Artist's Guide to Maya and it is excellent. Just finished reading it through and as soon as the current challenge is over I am going to start modelling my very own Silenus.

Your Calamity Jane model looks great - just read through the entire thread and it was very helpful. Cheers mate! The other models look cool too - I especially like the Dire Wolf by Gary.

Good luck finishing the rest of the book!
