Image References

hello everyone, I have a very good question.

Where is a good place to find "Image References". Basically im planning on creating a NEW character and I need some images as a guide for the front and side view panels for maya.

Also, does anybody know a "easy 2d character creation program".

this mite seem odd.... but... i use flash for making simply drawings and stuff(my avatar was made in flash too)... i basically make my software GUI with flash, my website with flash,,, and everything flash....

Flash is damn useful apart from being a animation/webdesign creation tool.... i use it for my concept drawing(otherwise i sketch and then i scan)... other people i know use corel draw... weird.... user added image
