well we use 3 different ones.... In the end dave to hacked the hell out of mine as it didnt run right but ....

screen catcher

Go to google and type in screen catch software, theres loads, al basically do the same thing - most are demos you have to pay if you dont want a watermark

You could also look into Camtasia Studio, though it's not free. They're the same makers of snag it.
