made the body of the new head.

nice little hovercraft

the new head is a definate improvement, the position of the eyes is greatly improved. a few more heads and you'll be showing us how to make them

I just want to say thanks you guys so much for your encouragement :p , it really keeps me going and learning! Through just this one project I have learned so much about maya.

I used the same basic head but tweaked it for a more realistic look:

I would suggest a futuristic city enviorment. It would seem fitting to the futuristic look of the soldiers.

try a few more example layouts or sketch some basic ideas down and see which one grabs you the most. I like the basic futuristic greys and blues you've used.

I am not the best with a pencil and paper so I unfortunatly have to make my cocepts in 3D. I'll post more tonite

Hey eldwick - definitely a futuristic environment is the way to go. Don't worry too much about your drawing ability - after all it's just about getting it straight in our head.

I agree with T1ck - the blues and greys will work well with your models.
