Avoid selecting cvs in the back?

Is it possiple to avoid selecting the CVS at the back of an object? I just want to select the ones in the foreground.

Backface Culling doesn't seem to work with CVS when I'm doing nurbs modelling.

Although there might be a way to do this, I myself am not aware of a way. Usually when I want to select vertices or CV's, I'll select them, then hit 4 to go into wireframe mode, then hold down Ctrl and drag around the vertices or CV's I don't want to select.

Shift will select stuff, Ctrl will deselect stuff. I think it is very important to get used ot using these two things.

Hi drknow

You find Backface culling under the shading menu.

Thanks Darkware for your answer.
