nice job sokol - this looks cool - really like all of the detail. tho - i would move the ship on the left in the last shot - so it doesn't intersect with the sun. also - i think the lighting could do with some work. user added image

Thanks Arran. Yes I know. I have to work a bit now in lightning and texturing and even few minor ajustements here and there.

I would move slightly the position of both ships to get a better definition of the perspective that looks a bit flatten.

Sokol, I just saw your final render in the Competition Thread and you did one heck of a good job on it. I like the shape and style of your models, and the scene looks good. But have to say the writing on the render (name of race, and email), really distracts from your nice work. I agree with you that I hope the competitions keep going like this!!! It has been fun sharing this with you!!!


Challenge me and I will try. Because If I should fail, failure also has a prize (Knowledge).

I should have mine up a little later this afternoon. As it has been said it is sad it is over. And the 2 months have went by very fast, and with a lot of fun and sharing. Just realized I wonder what I will do now. Hope you weekend was good!!
