yeah, what happends is if you have 2 curves that touch on BOTH ends, it doesn't know which end to attack to each other. Happens in attaching nurbs surfaces, too.

What you do is right click on both and go into Curve Point component mode. Click and drag on the curve to the very end for both, in essence, selecting a curve point at the very tip of each curve where you want them to connect.

Then do the connect and it should work.

Surface Filleting Eyelid

Thanks for helping out on the attaching curves problem. However, I am sorry not to have responded to the solution which you had suggested for the problem. This is because I ran into another wall which I can't pull myself out of, having completed your suggestion.

I finally succeeded attaching the cuves together, went to the side view to project the curve on the surface. I used the fillet blend tool to click the upperEyelid and the lowerEyelid, press enter on my keyboard, selected the projected curve on the head of the turtuise with the fillet blend tool, and press enter again on the keyboard. Nevertheless, I got this nasty result. I had reversed the projected curve, the Upper and lowerEyelids, and no good responce. I have tried all I know possible, at your mercy, I throw the towel.
