disappearing objects

Hey all user added image
ive got a pretty annoying problem with maya 2012
everytime i start to model my objects disappear after some minutes and its impossible to workuser added image
its really weird

Hey mate, thanks for attaching the DxDiag. However, Maya uses OpenGL, not DirectX. Your video card is embedded into the motherboard, which means that your video card might not be able to handle something as powerful as Maya. Did older versions of Maya work?

yea maya 2011 worked b4 without any bugs
but the problem NOW is
as i discovered this bug in maya 2012 i reinstalled maya 2011
but the bug appeared again

Did you update your video card drivers? Try going back to an older version.

i installed a driver from 2008
same problem

Did you change anything else, besides the video driver?

Did you do a full uninstall? IE, uninstall the video driver, restart, download the new driver, install, restart.

nope
nothing else besides

unistalled the old one
restart, new driver, again restart
started maya and again the bug

i was pretty surprised after i uninstalled the driver
i thought im gonna run maya,without installing the new driver, it worked without any problems
then installed the new one appeared once more
