Sword - Still newbie :)

OK this is my first try to make a nice looking sword user added image It's FF style user added image

well its nice for starters final fantasy swords are like 15 trus yourz is 500 tris lol.....now try doing simple textures like just colours you can do that then have a render

Yeah i know, but i am not going for a low-poly model user added image just want to make something nice user added image I'll post textured version soon user added image

Quite nice, the only thing I would like to point out is that the handle has too much geometry, try reducing it.

ok here's a texture update user added image for the blade.
If u look closely i have added some black lines on the texture. i have them there cuz i want these lines to be bumped up. don't know how though user added image

looks cool but the handle is way to simple. you shold change it a little from just a regular cylinder.

i agree with RUBBERCHICKEN and ELEMENT_KHAOS,i think you should reduce the handle's geometry and add some details:tup:
