This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

create circle curve on poly

anyone know how to create circle curve on a polygon. i know you cant project a curve onto a poly but i want to create a depression in my model for a round button to sit in. so i want some edges to pull down. just drawing the edges freehand with the split polygon tool seems a little too free.
