last satursday i did a transfer (44.66 Euro) of the GERMAN PAYPAL Konto - who long is the transferway , until i get the 35 points to downloading ??

what is wrong with my transaction to paypal ?
do i have to instruct paypal germany to transfer the money ??
or does paypal managed it for me ???
