luckycat - summer challenge

I think I'm going to try doing this. It's not really an everyday object but is definitely abandoned. I may or may not get it finished in time. user added image

It's a B25 so I was able to get blueprints as well as lots of references of it in better shape. So far I've built this simple plane that I'm using for a template as I build it piece by piece. I just want to get the general shapes right before I try to mangle it.

yeah- there's definitely alot to do. So far I've started rebuilding the nose of the plane with NURBS curves. I'm still just trying to get the basic shape & have used lots of instances so everything is easy to modify.

The blueprints came from this site- it seems good.

looks cool!

i dunno if it's important but the wing's profile isn't correct. it's meant to be bigger and rounder at the front and more pointier at the back

thanks. yeah- you're right about the wing. modelling a plane has made me realize that i don't actually really know what a plane looks like. :eek3:

i've worked on them a bit but there's still more to do...
