I think his arms are too big to really "fit" into a charicaturized model. ButI guess it all is relative to the final result.

Is this sub-d Kühl?

I think changing his eye expression would help alot in making him more scary, at the moment his eyes suggest "Hey look at me I'm happy!", so possibly adding in a few frown lines making them more 'menacing' user added image Looks great tho, love the teeth!

update...

Any suggestions to make it look more cool ?

The eyes are bothering me a bit.

BTW, this is my first time modelling cloth in polys...

Lowpoly count 1158.

I think the head could use with a little bit more attention near the back and also the muscle structure needs some tweaking.Looking good though! user added image

What am I to pay attention to B.R. ?

I will try and work a bit with the muscles as you suggested. Never played with that before for real... So it should be fun. Any good tuts on how to tweak muscles ???

I'd add some vertices (eg: split polygon tool) and make him a bit rounder, he looks a bit too 'cubelike' to me.
Also round his teeth of a bit backwards. And maybe add some blood traces on them?

I did as suggested...

I'll add some blood on the teeth as one of the last steps (how am I supposed to do that? Paint in photoshop?)
