download problem

Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world

can anyone help i cant download any free tutorial files... says i already have one going, but i dont... anyone have any idea why?

Close your browser, clear your history, delete your temp internet files and try again. If it still causes problems you may still have a session linked to either an ftp server or http server that has not cleared, depending on how the downloaded files are handled. This can be dealt with depending on the tye of server (IIS or Apache).

Also what browser are you using?

Weird...

May not help you, but from time to time, when I get these kinds of messages, that I've exceeded download limit for the day, or from sites that only allow 1 concurrent conection - I use the web-browser inside maya. Doesn't work for everything, but if you're on 7.0 or below, it may well be worth a try.
