Default Can't Put My Uv Texture Back on my Model

Hello

I have this problem where i am not able to put my uv texture back on the model for some reason anyone know what the problem might be? I tried all the different formats still it doesn't let me put the texture back on.
here's a snapshot.

Are you getting a error message, are you uvs still there and are you sure the shader is assigne to the mess............dave

hi dave
nope it lets me apply any other images like shown (attachment) but not the uv texture or the texture i painted on photoshop.
