Looks really atmospheric I think. The character at the end of the corridor looks great, reminds me of resident evil / doom3. I take it thats water he is standing on/in? Maybe theres too much colour if it is. <Edit>Actually I think now it could just be a crinkled shiny green flooring. Just looked a bit closer, but water in my opinion would also work pretty well for this scene user added image </Edit>

I like the over-head lights and details around the roof, good work, and the nice lighting has probably contributed most to the moody/creepy atmosphere user added image

I like what you are doing with the floor, however I think it is to bright. Your trash seams a little to clean. The first thing my eye is drawn to is the stuff on the floor. I would sugjest taking the chroma down on the cups and the take everything(on the floor) down a few stops. Mabey put some more grunge on your trash texture.
