Complex UV Layout in Maya
Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

i played a litle with z-brush just to move some vertices.i will maybe add some detail with z-brush later.let me know what you think of that updtae.

I definitely say you go with the first one that you made without the real gorilla texture...looks much better and less noobish...

now the back of the head looks too wide, probably just angle though, good job

I think I prefer the one on this page. Any plans to give your monkey a tounge? Also, I'm not sure about those upper teeth. They look a little long.
