Changing from video plane to the video itself

Hi everyone!

I am learning with tutorials and stuff from Internet, but I don´t know how to do this:

I have some video planes (planes with video as texture) in a scene and I want to get to them (one by one) with the camera and then change to the video itself. In order to do that I think I need the camera and the aim to be in the exact angle and the plane to be the exact size for changing from the video in Maya to the video itself. But until now, I couldn`t do it. I mean that the image in the plane doesn't match the same frame in the real video.

Any ideas?

Thanks!!!
