Beer glass scene creation
This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

I am trying a tutorial from this website but the display is different (I want to be able to see the layers). I am trying the cartoon dog tutorial so any ideas on how i can see the layers please?

Go to the channel box/;ayer editor, you can get to it by clicking the icons above the attribute editor (thats on the left hand side where all the numbers and inputs are)

If your having problems have a look in the help files for the layer editor/channel box, that should help you out.

Looking at the screenshot below, it's the two top right sets of buttons I've circled in red. Try rolling your mouse over and red the pop up description.
