This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

Transfer of garment from one 3D human model to another

Hi,

I want to know if we can transfer garment designed for one 3D human model to another 3D human model of different topology(size/pose). I am relatively new to Maya. Please let me know if this is possible and how to go about it. Any help is very much appreciated.

Thanks a lot,
Sononu

Yes, well you would just have to re-scale it, use tools like soft select and sculpting tools
