Hey - I am trying to make a jester's hat. I need the hat to be floppy with little white balls at the end of each spikey bit. The hat is attached to character that is rigged in the usual way in a walkcycle. I can get the softbody part working but cannot figure out how to attached the balls to the end of the spikey bits. I tried Point on Poly constraint, pin constraint etc but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
I have attached the Maya file zipped (2014 version so it works anywhere - simple rig to test problem before committing to full character model) and some pics - hope it helps.
