Some harsh words to start but I think they will help you out here.
1) the eyes would not be squinted - try screaming yourself you will feel your eyes trying to open.
2) Looks like your ears have been weighted to the jaw when you opened the mouth and look strange as a result.
3) Some work needed for the eye shadder, as they look very dry.
But good start - keep it up
