I'm going to publish more wip stuff on this project at:
https://kotisivu.mtv3.fi/karppa/wip.html

latest update: 10-04-2002

Did some mods on the jaw, skull (namely the neck) and started modeling the ears.

Oh i think i have a tip here;
I did not think of this earlier, due to the many rounded elements in her face earlier...

But now i see that her whole (backmost) cheekbone is perhaps too "male". To big or too edgy i think.

If you feel you lost some of the charm of the nose, then try to scale it a little bigger (or maybe that sucks hehe, hard to tell). Hope this helps.

I think I'll leave it like that until I get texture on her face and some hair on her head. I think it's easier to judge then. Agree?

I´m going to quote something I read from one of my books ...

The geometry of models only exists in the computer´s digital space. They are a file, like a Word or Photoshop file...
... In reality, a model is just another collection of 1s and 0s...
..But remember, since a model is a representation of an object, do not try to make it into the actual object. Be frugal with your modeling, and the time you spend modeling. Good projects incorporate good models, but also exploit the other aspects of 3D. Too often, people get so caught up in the modeling that they don´t get around to the other parts of the project...
... Plan your time carefully to include all the areas of 3D. Employers are much more impressed by a good model that is textured, lit, rendered, and animated well, than by just a good model.

I found this little part of the book quite interesting.

I thought it was appropiate after kbrown´s last reply ... straight to the point. (two thumbs up) user added image

See you around people!
