Extrude face
I used extrude face several times for a cube so now it's a curved bar. But I want to use extrude face on the whole object now, how do I delete all my subdiversions?

if that's the case you could set your subdivisions on the smooth to zero, then do whatever work you need done.

I followed your advice by extruding the lower two things that are sticking out there, but it's about the selected thing. I want those subdiversions out, one whole piece, so I can extrude the left face to make the sharp piece of the blade broader.

at the same time (although not recommended) you can go into edge mode, highlight all the edges you don't want, and choose delete edge. i still recommend doing the first thing i suggested.
