Hi THX1138 I just wanted to know if the 4.5 tie fighter works please tell me and I wanted to ask how u put a background
in maya like u did with my models please tell me how.

If the 4.5 file your talking about is the Tie Droid model, then it works.

How am I putting a background in with the models? Just go into your cameras attribute editor, and scroll down to enviorment and click on it. That will open an attribute for that function. You can either pick a color texture or image to fill the background.

Here is a render with your Tie Droid model. Sorry the image is so dark. I need to play with the composition a bit more to bring more out. How about an X-wing model and regular Tie fighter model next time?

Here is a render of your X-wing. The nose could use a little more work. It shouldn't be as flat as pictured, and you forgot the R2 unit behind the cockpit. Please keep working on it, it's looking good.
