Muscle contractoin with S.D.K's and blends

hey,
mike was goin to do this in his next character rigging tut. but never got round to it.

basically what i want to do is when the elbow moves in towards the body i want the bicep to contract and enlarge

i was wondering how to achieve this ?

I would think you answered the question in your subject, as you'd do it through blend shapes driven by Set Driven Key.

The driver would be, for example, the elbow joint's rotation, driven being the blend shape.
