You need to work on the lighting. I can't tell what it is. It might be my monitor not sure though.

Thanks

DgAPC, I am trying something new. We will see if it works. The angle is miss leading but the contrast is off to.

Mr. Bojangles, I am glad you like it.

Here is another one.

Edit" to remove image because this should only be the finished one.

the only problem i see witht the second one is the amount of dust being kicked up. it's probably realistic, but it takes away from the scene a lot for me.

Yeah on the first pic I guess it is my monitor at home. I can see it better at schools monitor. I like the second pic better. Try rendering the scene at an angle more. Might bring it out more. Are you going to make an animation for this?

dragonsfire, There will be one more. I may do a front side and top view.

fire_master, thanks

Mr. Bojangles, Thanks but I am going to keap it for the realizm. I will add some more detail to the dust though.

DgAPc. I am glad it is more noticable. I am rendering it again because you are not the only ne that said that and the enviromental map was turned off. The background is a photo on both. These are for still frames. At school we will get into compositing so I will somewhat wait till then to do the animation. I am really looking forward to those projects.

The year is 3021. You are the Pilot of the PHEONIX, a deep strike gunship. Your squadron was sent to the medat star system to investigate the loss of communications with civilian cruise vessels. Your squadron is all but crushed by a full Armada. You are the sole survivor. You must warn the Empire’s prized fleet that is heading into a trap. You are far behind enemy lines. Choose your battles carefully. The fate of the free world is up to you. Escape from the depths of hell in PHEONIX RISING.
